Our return policy does not permit any returns. All sales are final due to hygiene protocol. Please refer to our size charts & check your order before payment.
Exchanges Policy:
Presently, we cannot accommodate exchanges for purchases made as we cannot guarantee the item will be in-stock in the size or style desired.
Refunds: (if applicable)
We do not offer any refunds. However, if you decide to cancel your order before your item is shipped send us an email at akabykarina@gmail.com. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
